Information
The Bookkeepers Summit is the only event built entirely around the people who keep the small business economy running. Each year, ICB brings bookkeepers, payroll professionals and finance experts together - in London for an in-person day of big-picture thinking and practical know-how, and then live online the following week for a global audience joining from wherever they are in the world.

The 2026 in-person Summit takes place on Monday 16 November at the QEII Centre in Westminster, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Expect inspirational keynotes, hands-on workshops, the latest technical updates, and a carefully curated exhibition of the software and services shaping the profession. The day opens with a welcome drinks reception on Sunday 15 November and closes with the LUCA Awards - the Oscars of the bookkeeping world - on the Monday evening.
The Virtual Summit then runs on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November, with two further days of learning, insight and live interaction designed to be joined from your desk, your kitchen table, or anywhere with a decent connection. Every in-person ticket includes full access to the virtual days, plus three months of on-demand replay.
Exclusive discounts are available for ICB members and students, but every bookkeeper, payroll professional and finance expert is welcome. Whether you're travelling to London or joining online from Dublin, Cork, Galway or further afield, you'll find a warm welcome, a global community of peers, and plenty of reasons to come back.
