Leading bookkeepers of the world
ICB Global is a worldwide community with its headquarters in the UK. As well as the Republic of Ireland, we have established regional offices in the USA, Australia, South East Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. ICB Global exists to protect and promote the profession of bookkeeper across the world, and to meet the needs of members who increasingly work internationally.
ICB Global is responsible for setting international standards of technical excellence in bookkeeping and spearheading the development of the profession. We assist governments in developing standards within their financial, education and small business systems.
ICB is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, and an Institutional Member of the International Association for Accounting Education and Research (IAAER) and European Management Accountants Association (EMAA).
ICB's Global HQ were established in the UK in 1996, and operates from London.
ICB's Australian CEO, Matthew Addison, operates from offices in Melbourne.
ICB's sister organisation, the Institute of Certified Financial Managers, operates in Russia and the post-Soviet states.
ICB founded the European Federation of Bookkeepers, bringing together the leading bookkeeping bodies from European member states.
