Examination Feedback

Visit MyICB to see an online 'report' of your examination results for the following examinations:

Level I Certificate in Basic Bookkeeping

Level II Certificate in Manual Bookkeeping

Level III Certificate in Manual Bookkeeping

The report is available within 24 hours and will show you which questions you answered incorrectly and where you lost marks.  ICB does not offer further feedback in relation to online reports and will not disclose the questions or answers of papers.  Please contact your tutor or training provider if you need further help understanding what areas you need to study further.

You can request an 'examiner report' for the remaining examinations:

Level II Certificate in Computerised Bookkeeping 
Level III Diploma in Computerised Bookkeeping
Level III Diploma in Payroll Management
Level III Diploma in Self-Assessment Taxation

To request an examiner report for one of the above examinations please contact ICB on 0845 060 2345.  There is a charge of £25.00 payable at this point by credit or debit card.

Examiner Reports are only available if the result of the paper was issued no more than one year ago.  Your examination paper will be unarchived and reassessed by a qualified examiner who will write a report.

Examination Re-Mark

If you wish to have your examination remarked there is an Examination Re-Mark fee of £25.00.  This fee is refunded where it is decided ICB error disadvantaged the candidate.  In this instance there will be a full refund of the Re-mark fee and a new result notification will be issued. 

If you feel that marks have been incorrectly allocated or missed please write to ICB at its main postal address as per the Contact Us page detailing:

-your name and ICB Number
-the examination taken
-any particular tasks/questions you wish ICB to investigate

You must enclose a cheque or postal order for the £25.00 Re-mark Fee or call ICB on 0845 060 2345 to provide credit/debit card details.
